AMCO Indonesia was founded in 1988, located in Tangerang Regency, Banten Province, Indonesia. In October 2023, Xingfa Hong Kong Import & Export Co, Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hubei Xingfa Chemical Group Co, Ltd, acquired 70% of AMCO Indonesia. AMCO Indonesia has several advantages as follows:
Advantages of production capacity: Amco Indonesia has production lines for the formulation and filling of herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, plant growth agents, acaricides and spirochetes, including paraquat and glyphosate SL. Formulation and packaging capacity is 21,900 tons/year and the company has fully automated packaging lines for 1 liter, 5 liter and 20 liter packages.
Brand Advantages: AMCO Indonesia holds 36 trademark registration certificates and 42 pesticide product licenses, and its paraquat series products control 10% of the market in Indonesia, and the four paraquat brands it holds are well-known brands in Indonesia.
Management Advantages: Founded in 1994 and located in Xingshan County, Yichang City, Hubei Province, Hubei Xingfa Chemical Group Co., Ltd. is a listed company focusing on the development, production and sales of phosphorus chemical series products and fine chemical products. As the controlling subsidiary of Xingfa Hong Kong, Xingfa Group will continue to provide capital, technology and management experience to AMCO, so that it can build AMCO Indonesia into a benchmark company in the agrochemical industry in Indonesia.

PT Adil Makmur Fajar is located in Cikupa Tangerang, and with an area of 2.5 Ha, the production capacity at this moment is 20,000 tons per year for ingredient formulation, and 4,800 tons per year for ingredient technical.
We are engaged in the agrochemical industry that produces technical materials and formulations used to produce Herbicides, Insecticides, Acaricides, Fungicides, Molluscicides, and Plant Regulating Substances (ZPT).
To increase production speed and efficiency, our production process is supported by machines with qualified technology, like the use of Automatic In-Line Magnetic Flow Meter Liquid Filters (Filomatic). This integrated filling and packaging process allows minimal manual labor intervention, resulting in high quality, accurate compositions, and consistent dosages.
